Roles & Responsibilities of President
Leadership and Vision:

- Set long-term goals and strategic plans for the temple’s growth and development.
Administrative Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the temple.
- Ensure that the temple runs smoothly, including managing staff and volunteers.
Financial Management:
- Oversee the temple’s financial health, including budgeting, accounting, and fundraising.
- Ensure proper management of donations and other financial resources.
Religious and Spiritual Duties:
- Support and promote the temple’s religious and spiritual programs.
- Coordinate with clergy or spiritual leaders to ensure the fulfillment of religious duties and services.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community within the temple and encourage active participation in temple activities.
- Represent the temple in the broader community and build relationships with other organizations.
Conflict Resolution:
- Address and mediate conflicts within the temple community.

Event Planning and Coordination:

Maintenance and Facilities Management:

Compliance and Governance:
