- Supervise the daily operations of the temple, including staff and volunteer management.
- Ensure that the temple’s activities and services run smoothly and efficiently.
Policy Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures related to the temple’s operations.
- Ensure that policies align with the temple’s mission and legal requirements.
Financial Oversight
Budget and Finance:
- Oversee the temple’s financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.

Fundraising and Donations:
