Terms & Conditions to Book Sabhagarha 

    1. Security deposit, as prescribed by the managing committee, herein after we / us, is to safeguard any damages to premises, including wall, electricity installations, fittings, flooring etc. security deposit shall be refunded if we are satisfied that there is no claim on the damages. Our decision in this regard is final and binding on that applicant.

    2.  The applicant shall ensure that decorations are done without damaging the celling, walls, floor or any other items belonging to the Saunsthan. Sabhagraha can be made available on previous day of the function before 10:00pm for decoration purpose. The applicant shall refrain  from painting or pasting of decorations on the wall. In any cases for any damage / s done, we shall forfeit the security deposit paid if the damages exceed the deposit amount, the applicant shall pay the excess amount as assist by us.

    3. Security deposit shall be refunded if there is no claim on the damages is found after the inspection. Refund shall not be possible on the same day of the function. ( Security deposit should be collected within (1) Month from the date of function and security deposit collection timings 4Pm to 7Pm with previous intimation ).

    4. Full amount is to be paid at the time of booking. In case of cancellation of booking, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid for booking as under & balance amount will be refunded.

5. No kitchen appliances like, gas stoves, utensiles etc., will be made available. 

6. The applicant should hand over the premises, on the same day of function, after clearing all the material, like food waste, pastic / paper / platses/ cups utensils etc., decorations etc., in case of failure to do so, the security deposite will not be refunded.

7. In Case of Government power supply shut down / interrpution during the function, we are not be responsible to make an alternate arrange. The applicant shall take care to see that the illumination is carrried out without over loading & damaging the electricaly installion.

8. Usage of passage infront of Sabhagraha for Shamiyana for Food Buffet System etc is charged Rs 2000 shall not be refunded. 

9. The applicant shall comply with any other conditions that may be precrbibed from time to time.
